Note NOTICE: "...I am editor of Malta Flypast, the official annual of the Malta Aviation Museum. I am researching the history of the stay of FASRON-201 Special in Malta, which is the only US military unit to be permanently stationed on Malta. It is a pity and a shame that nobody has done any reseach before. I am trying to put together an article for the 2003 issue of Malta Flypast and I need the help of any who have served in Malta with the unit. I would be glad to hear from anybody who can contribute to this project, including reminiscences, anecdotes, operational data, and especially photos of the unit's Dakota and Beech as well as of visiting aircraft...Charles Stafrace charles.stafrace@magnet.mt..."
