For those who have not yet joined, the membership fee is still $10. To join our elite group send a check or money order, made out to "VP-1 POPs", to Don Grove, 2024 Briarwood Dr., Oak Harbor, WA 98277-8546. Long range plans are to hold another reunion in the year 2000. Date and place of this next reunion is still to be determined. We plan send out a "ballot" with our next newsletter, scheduled for January, that members may complete & return to cast their vote for a reunion site from a choice of two or three. We currently have 121 paid-up members of VP-1 POPs, & they reside in just about all parts of the country. All living X.O.'s & C.O.'s of that time frame are members.

Upon joining one will receive, via U. S. mail, a roster including names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc., of all the ex-squadronmates that have been located. This roster also indicates those that are members of the VP-1 P-3 Orion Pioneers. You will also receive periodic newsletters concerning items of interest & updates on future reunion plans. As the roster is an ever-changing thing (newly located folks, people move, change phone numbers or e-mail addresses, get divorced, pass away, etc.) members may request roster updates at any time for a charge of only $1.
